eCommerce Coordinator - This person will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of our eCommerce site using eCommerce platform such as Lightspeed, Woo Commerce, Shopify etc. Here are the key responsibilities and skills:
Responsibilities:
- Daily Site Management: Ensure the website is running smoothly, update product listings, manage inventory, and handle customer inquiries.
- Content Management: Update content, including product descriptions, images, and blog posts.
- Order Processing: Assist when needed to oversee the order fulfillment process, including monitoring orders, ensuring timely shipments, and handling returns.
- Performance Monitoring: Track site performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Technical Liaison: Work with developers for site enhancements, bug fixes, and integrating third-party services like finance instalment companies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce: Familiarity with various eCommerce platforms like Lightspeed, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and possibly some JavaScript.
- SEO and Marketing: Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze site metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries and issues.
Training:
- Platform-Specific Training: Arrange for training from Lightspeed for the current platform, and WooCommerce if and when you transition.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
