Estimation Manager

Full job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in preparing detailed Estimates and BOQs for high-end residential and commercial projects in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage the complete tender process, from interpreting specifications to preparing contract documents.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates.
• Strong background in Quantity Surveying/Engineering with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of high-end materials and finishes.
• Experience in discussing client needs and adjusting BOQs and estimates through value engineering.
• A valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Required candidate who are in the UAE and can join immediately.
