Job Description:
As a Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate delivery activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliveries.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule delivery routes for drivers to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
Monitor real-time delivery progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Conduct regular checks to ensure that deliveries meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, including tracking deliveries and updating delivery status.
Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in Bike Delivery, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications for tracking and monitoring deliveries.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and familiarity with UAE roads and traffic regulations (if applicable).
