Position: Receptionist

Shifts: 24/7 rotating shifts

Location: Dubai

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a clinical setting (preferably)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in using office and medical software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
