Job Description – Head of Operation
· Develop and Report operational and financial task
· Manage the staff and constantly provide drivers
· Manage relationship with RTA
· Develop and manage monthly compensation of drivers
· Manage the relationship of stakeholders including insurance company, garage & washing company
· Manage the SLA of RTA& provide all reporting needs
· Development of Business Development Plan
· Manage day to day challenges and obstacles and provide solution.
