Job Description

We are currently hiring for an HR Admin that will assist in the administration, recruitment, and Human Resources operations and functions.

-Assist on day-to-day operations of the HR Department.

-Create photocopies and scanning of employee’s documentations.

-Telephone Pre-Screening Interview.

-Scanning through Linkdin

-Coordinating for interviews with candidates.

-Maintain high level of attendance.

-Professional image always, via email and telephone.

-Able to perform a wide range of clerical duties, maintaining files and highly confidential

information.

-Assist with all internal and external HR related matters

-Submit reports on general HR activity to Direct Line Manager
