We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented an HR Admin to join our team. The ideal
candidate will assist in managing employee personnel records, providing
essential administrative support to the HR team, and ensuring smooth onboarding
processes for new employees. This role will involve maintaining digital
records, sending HR-related updates to the team, and preparing necessary
documentation for employee onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Create and Maintain Employee Personnel Records: Establish and update employee records in compliance with company policies. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining these records.

Sending HR Updates to the Team: Facilitate communication by sending updates regarding team transfers, deactivation emails, and other HR-related notifications.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior HR professionals,
contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Digital Record Management: Manage digital records of employees, including visa stamps,
Emirates IDs, contact information, and other relevant documentation.

Preparation of Employee Onboarding Documents: Assist in preparing and organizing necessary documents for the onboarding process of new agents,
ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR administration or a related role

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
