We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and hard-working candidate to fill the position of HR Admin in our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Time and Attendance:
Manage time and attendance records.
Process and track employee leave requests.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Payroll Support:
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies
Compliance:
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
Assist in ensuring HR compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and recruitment software/tools.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced.
7. Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
