The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to the HR department, contributing to the efficient operation of human resources processes and functions.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
· Manage the filing system for personnel records and other HR documentation.
· Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and introductions to company policies.
· Prepare and distribute new hire welcome kits.
· Support benefits administration processes, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
· Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve employee issues.
· Track and manage employee leave requests.
· Assist employees in understanding leave policies and procedures.
· Manage job postings on company websites and external job boards.
· Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
· Maintain training records and assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness.
· Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
· Draft and update HR policies and procedures.
· Handle routine employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
· Escalate complex employee issues to HR management as needed.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR processes.
· Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
· Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to input and retrieve employee data.
· Generate reports and assist in HR analytics.
· Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs.
· Coordinate employee events and celebrations.
· Support the performance management process, including the distribution of appraisal forms and tracking of deadlines.
· Assist in the termination process by preparing separation documentation and conducting exit interviews.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
· Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
