Job Description

Responsible in Over-all HR Activities from entry to exit.

Responsible in recruitment processing and arrange interviews with the top management.

Ensure the proper application of UAE Labor Law to each and every employee.

Work permit and visa application.

Assisting the Public Relations Officer for the completion of documents required in order to legalized the employment of the new joiner.

Maintaining and monitoring the correct employee data.

Keeping updated correct information, handling related HR functions and preparing the required reports directly to the HR Manager and General Manager.

Closely monitoring the employees’ activities, attendance and records.

Ensuring the complete documentation of each employee’s such as passport, labor contract, visas and emirates IDs.

Processing and application of medical insurance of each employee.

Keeping track of employees’ records and expiring documents.

Assist in planning, designing and implementing employee compensation.

Strict implementation of HR policy and procedures.

Preparing payroll and salary slips.

Processing of cancellation process from approvals to the employee clearance and ensuring the smooth exit from the company with compliance to the MOHRE law.

Computation of employee’s end of service benefits and gratuity.
