Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Falcon Global General Trading LLC based in Dubai. The role will involve day-to-day HR tasks, including HR Management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of English.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
  • Employment law and compliance knowledge

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 3 Years of Experience in HR
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MBA -HR, or Masters in HR
