Assist in recruitment
Support processes for new hires.
Maintain employee records in HR systems.
Help with payroll processing and documentation.
Handle employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
Freshers in the UAE can apply, but 1-2 years of HR/Admin experience in home country is preferred.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of HR functions & labor laws.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, ERP, etc.).
Understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
