Key Responsibilities
-->Assist the HR department in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
-->Support the mobilization of workers – documentation, visa, and joining formalities.
-->Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, salary certificates, and other employee correspondence.
-->Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR files accurately.
-->Coordinate between operations, recruitment, and site teams for timely manpower deployment.
-->Handle basic employee queries and ensure smooth communication within the team.
🔹 Requirements
-->Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (experience in a manpower supply company is a plus).
-->Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi will be an advantage).
-->Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-->Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-->Immediate joiners preferred.
