Job Requirements
· 3-5 Years of proven experience in HR
· Bachelors’ Degree , Additional HR training will be a plus
· Understanding of general Human Resources Policies and Procedures
· Good knowledge of employment / Labor laws
· Outstanding knowledge and people skills
· Aptitude in problem solving
· Desire to work as team with a result driven approach
Roles & Responsibilities
· Implementation of ISO policies & Procedures (QMS&HSE)
· Must conduct internal audits and surveillance audit followed by MRM
· Assist in maintaining office website & online activities
· Leave management of company and client
· Preparation of appointment , Confirmations , Probation extension & Demobilization letters
· Assist the OM when required and offer complete support in all his operational tasks
· Responsible for maintenance of the office equipment and related inventories
· Make presentation & Related official documents
· Assist in recruitment team in below activities :
· Screening and Sourcing resumes from social media and job portals
· Formatting CVs & Job description
· Posting Jobs on company’s website & Job portals
