Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter with extensive experience in talent acquisition. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to meet our clients' diverse hiring needs. You will work independently, leveraging your expertise to build a strong network of job seekers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
• Knowledge of the Dubai job market and employment regulations is a plus.
