Full job description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors and employees.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents as required.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and conduct performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts Cum HR Admin in UAE: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
