To Join us as an HR Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following Key responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Recruitment efforts to attract suitable talent.

- Complete onboarding process including documentation for new hires.

- Inhouse visa typing and processing of new hires.

- Overseeing policy compliance, work performance and disciplinary processes.

- Maintaining and updating employees’ personal files.

- Overseeing clocking system and validation as per the policies.

- Payroll processing

- Compliance with UAE labor laws.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in various HR functions, demonstrating proficiency in payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance monitoring.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MOHRE and GDRFA visa processing and typing systems.

- Collaborative and proactive mindset to excel in a team-oriented environment.

- Must have UAE driving license.
