Kinz Group is looking for hiring an HR Coordinator.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Professional HR certifications (preferred)
• Familiarity with HR software systems
Experience:
• 3–5 years in an HR support role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, or HR Coordinator) within the UAE
• Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law, employment contracts, work permits, health & safety, termination, and employee benefits
• Bilingual – English & Hindi
• Must be currently available in the UAE
