We are looking for an HR cum ADMIN

Certification: Bachelor’s Degree
Your main duties include:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Create, Revise and implement company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like DHA and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g Attendance report, Overtime reports, deductions, Leaves)
- Send Monthly Utilities / Phone Trackers
- Maintain Expiries of all company documents (e.g. Trade License, Establishment Cards, Labour Card)
- Update Car Renewals and Insurance
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms (Flights, Hotel Bookings, Visa and Insurance)
- Prepare AUT Letters
- Assist the other management departments.
- Following the required management tasks.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Computer Skills (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Can start Immediately
