We are looking for a responsible team member to perform a variety of HR and administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general HR & Administrative activities.
Job Description:
· Resolving and preparations of Employee issues and Employee related Documents.
· Maintaining and monitoring Employee Insurances and other employee benefits.
· Maintaining and monitoring Employee Attendance / Leaves / Leave Salary / Gratuity / Other Allowances.
· Co-ordinate in Preparation and submission of Payroll.
· Processing and verifying employee expenses / expenses / Purchase Requests.
· Assist in Audit and documentation.
· Preparations of JD for approvals, Advertising Vacant Positions, and managing the recruitment process.
· Conducting Interviews for New JOB Vacancies.
· Preparation of Offer letters and filing.
· Maintaining Employee Personal Files.
· PMS process and completion.
· Staff engagement activities.
· Staff grievance handling.
· Assisting the PRO in documentation for GOV. related works.
· Admin Activities: -
· Documentation related to Adnoc approvals, Dry run and CV updates of Trainers.
· Co-ordination with IT dept for the infrastructure support.
· Laison with landlords on renewals.
· Vehicle arrangements and Maintenance.
· Co-ordinate with the departments for Admin & HR functions.
