Role and Responsibilities: As an HR Executive at Kandas Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources while focusing on worker skill development and staff welfare. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Implementing effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop a talented workforce.
2. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
3. Identifying training and development needs within the organization and designing appropriate programs.
4.Collaborating with department managers to assess and address skill gaps.
5. Promoting employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture.
6. Handling employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. 7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

✓ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
