LifeBalance Foot Care (lifebalance.ae) is a UAE based online and retail group with 10 locations in UAE and currently expanding operations in GCC and MENA regions.

We are looking for HR Officer to work in our Abu Dhabi Head office

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and update employee’s files and records (passport, visa, labor card expiry, salary details, increments, vacation details, and leave settlement records).

- Process employees paperwork (Induction of new employees, employee leave application, rejoining, personal request, resignation, etc…).

- Manage employees medical insurance (addition, deletion, and reimbursement)

- Monthly preparation of salaries through WPS. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries and incentives, absence, leave, deductions etc….

- Prepare, manage and solve employees monthly time sheet.

- Prepare Employment & Salary Certificate, Undertaking letters and Warning notices.

- Manage leave records, leave application, and calculating leave balance.

- Calculation and preparation of leave salary and final settlement.

- Coordination with government offices HR issues

- Ensure records are in accordance with UAE Labor Law.

- Coordinate with Accounts Department for proper flow of information and data related to HR and Payroll.

- Coordinate with other department as necessary to carry out required task.

- Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure any sensitive issues are dealt with appropriately.
