Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process.
  • Work with managers to set performance goals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance.
  • Task Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor employees' task completion and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with team leads to gather daily task reports.
  • Analyze task completion data and report findings to management.
  • Task Distribution:
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand project requirements.
  • Effectively distribute tasks based on team members' strengths and workloads.
  • Ensure fair distribution of responsibilities among team members.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR files and records.
  • Employee Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
