Job Description

We are looking for HR Officer to work in our Abu Dhabi.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Monitor all employee’s files and records related to their employment i.e. passport, visa, labor card expiry, salary details, increments, vacation details, and leave settlement records and ensure complete accuracy and confidentiality.

· Distribute/release original documents to employees (Passport, Insurance Card, Emirates ID, etc.)

· Induction of new employee, process employee leave application, rejoining, personal request, cash advance, resignation, etc.

· In charge of medical insurance (addition, deletion, and reimbursement)

· Monthly preparation of salary through WPS. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries and overtime.

· Prepare monthly payroll sheet for labors and staff incorporating necessary changes in employee details, new appointments, termination, resignation, and salary increment/decrement, Overtime, absent, leave, loans, other deduction and addition.

· Prepare monthly time sheet for Head Office.

· Solve issues related to Timesheet and Payroll.

· Prepare Employment & Salary Certificate, NOC, Undertaking letter and Warning notice.

· Maintain leave records, leave application, and calculating leave balances.

· Calculation and preparation of leave salary and final settlement.

· Maintain/update/ensure that calculation, information and records are in accordance with UAE Labor Law.

· Coordinate with Accounts Department for proper flow of information and data related to HR and Payroll.

· Coordinate with other department and colleagues as necessary to carry out required task.

· Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure any sensitive issues are dealt with appropriately.
