Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of HR services, policies, and programs; assist all employees with HR related processes and issues. The role will be accountable for managing every aspect of the employee lifecycle process, from recruitment, orientation, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Manpower Planning
Create a friendly and supportive atmosphere, culture of trust and accountability.
Implements the HR strategy through various policies and procedures in order to ensure employee satisfaction and high quality of HR services
Manage the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit
Manage and coordinate payroll processes
Address employee queries and handle grievances
Maintain, monitor and review HR databases and system
Ensure sourcing and recruitment for all positions happens as per defined requirements and guidelines
Accountable for improving retention: cultivate and implement strategies to attract, retain and motivate effective and engaged employees.
Coordinates internal and external search, selection and placement processes for job vacancies. Uses various channels and tools to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
Drives employee onboarding and employee experience.
Coordinates immigration processes for new and current employees together with PRO.
Coordinates employee engagement survey rollout and action plans.
Supports line management regarding the employee recognition program.
Devise strategies to develop and retain key talent through Succession planning
Coordinates the offer letter preparation, approval, reference checks, creating contracts and presenting job offers.
Building and maintaining a database of potential candidates through different channels
Conducting onboarding process: induction training for new employees, management of probation period: support and follow up terms, contracts.
Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through communication.
Responds to employee queries and requests with regard to employee letters, HR policies, career development and personal issues as necessary
Coordinates exit process of employees, conducts exit interviews with resigned employees and report the analysis of those interviews periodically
Preparing reports and analysis for HR operations
Manages HR announcements, employee engagement initiatives, handles employee events and supports all employee welfare activities.
Assist in planning, implementation of trainings and development, and maintain record of training certificates, training requirements and training evaluations.
Coordinate for all official correspondence relating to offer letters, probation confirmations, salary certificates, and other miscellaneous letters as per approved employee request in a timely manner.
Investigation and preparation of warning, notification and appreciation letters, while making sure that all supporting documents/emails are present.
Contribute to the development of HR and administration department goals, objectives, and systems.
Maintaining HR policies in accordance with UAE labour law and corporate requirements
Leave (Annual, Medical, Emergency, Sick & Personal) compliance and validations
Understand and work in compliance with Mubarak Marine QMS.
Maintain & update Employee medical insurance file as well as follow-up with Insurance Company regarding employees’ medical claim, additional & deletion.
Perform ad hoc duties as per business requirements.

Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
Strong English and/or Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
Strong analytical and time-management skills
Must be well versed with UAE Labour Laws and regulations governing Human Resources

I. QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferably in a Human Resource Management, Psychology or similar Business Management field
Qualification in Human Resources, E.G. CIPD, SHRM etc.
· REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR functions in a multi-cultural environment
