We are a leading insurance intermediary licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, operating successfully in the UAE insurance market. Our dedicated professionals possess extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

· Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.

· Utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

· Maintain and update job descriptions as needed.

HR Operations:

· Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

· Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Experience Requirements:

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in core recruitment.

· At least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree or above
