We are seeking a dedicated HR Operations Assistant to join our Human Resources team at Elmar Marinas LLC This pivotal role acts as the primary point of contact for all employee related inquiries, specifically supporting our blue collar factory workforce from onboarding to exit.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Location: Umm Al Quwain
Key Responsibilities:
•Management of worker accommodation arrangements
•Monitor daily attendance and timesheets.
•Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
•Coordination of camp, transportation, catering, security and housekeeping activities
•Oversight of comprehensive employee welfare
•Familiarity with labor law and camp management procedures.
