Job Description

Qualifications:

1. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

2. At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a managerial role

3. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another similar field

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Role:

- Define operational targets and goals for the HR department that are in line with the company’s overall business strategy

- Propose changes to the compensation and benefits policies according to current market trends and the company’s needs

- Compile and present HR operational reports according to the set schedule

- Monitor internal HR systems and databases

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Create detailed reports on HR costs
