Experience in screening, sourcing, calling, documentation, offer negotiation, and offer to roll out.
Well-versed with the Online Job portals and LinkedIn.
Experience in Mass/Bulk hiring.
Experience in handling walk-in drives.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in core recruitment (preferred from Real Estate BPO and KPO Background)
Strong verbal and written English & Hindi communication skills.
