We are looking for admin support to be based out of our Office in Dubai to assist with supporting the needs of our business better.
Job Description:
As the HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions of our Dubai office. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, overseeing recruitment, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. You will work closely with the leadership team to foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement programs.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction.
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Support career development and growth opportunities for employees.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Identify and address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage payroll processing and resolve any payroll-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages such as French/German/Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
