Job Description:
IT Roles:
Responsible for procurement of Hardware's and other computer peripherals.
Responsible for Software management like formatting, installing etc..
Responsible for Server & Asset management
Manage Asset data records, Regular backups etc..
Manage networking, Trouble shooting etc..
Manage the Entire IT functions of other COMFOTEC branches
Admin Roles:
Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering
phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering
office supplies, etc..
Scheduling inter-departmental meetings, coordinating the time schedules with
the employees, and arranging food and other necessities.
Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation.
Skills:
Excellent knowledge in MS office application.
Min rating in Word & Excel shall be : 8/10
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge in managing Computer Hardwares
