Role Overview:As a Senior IT Recruiter at Blitz Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent, particularly within the iGaming sector. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, UAE labor laws, and expertise in iGaming industry recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Conduct thorough searches for qualified candidates using various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
- Evaluate and screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific IT roles, with a focus on iGaming.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective interview processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks, providing valuable insights to hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, facilitate onboarding, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Leverage iGaming industry knowledge to identify and attract specialized IT talent in this domain.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically within the iGaming sector, preferably in the UAE market.
- Proficiency in UAE labor laws and regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends, especially within iGaming.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions with high-quality candidates.
