Job Title: Junior Officer - Safety/Officer

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior Officer/Officer in Safety to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace safety and a solid understanding of safety regulations and practices. You will play a key role in promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
- Provide safety training and orientation for new employees.
- Monitor safety compliance and report on safety performance metrics.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
- Stay updated on local safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a safety role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using safety management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
