We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lashing and Loading Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Handling: Expertly handle the loading and lashing of various types of vehicles to ensure secure and efficient transport.
• Material Procurement: Source and procure materials from different suppliers/vendors to meet lashing requirements.
• Technical Knowledge: Utilize various lashing techniques and equipment to ensure the safety and stability of loaded vehicles.
• Machinery Operation: Must know how forklifts, cranes, and other loading machinery works.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor adjustments and repairs on lashing equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience in loading and lashing of vehicles is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of various lashing techniques and equipment.
• Strong ability to perform minor adjustments and repairs on lashing equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Lashing/Loading: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
