Job Description:
- Receiving visitors or customers, welcoming them and directing them to the appropriate official or office.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and organized for the workplace.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and transfer them to those concerned.
- Receive the daily mail, sort it and send it to the concerned.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate work activities.
- Receiving and responding to emails.
- Send and receive faxes and save work files.
- Ensure that visitors are registered when they arrive at the reception area and save their data on the computer.
- Answer any inquiries or questions needed by visitors to the office.
- Assisting colleagues in administrative tasks
Working hours: Monday – Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with an hour break
Working hours: Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
