Position Overview:

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily functions of the office. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving tea, handling small office tasks, and assisting with minor document-keeping tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Tea and Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea and refreshments for staff and visitors in a timely and courteous manner.

· Office Chores: Take care of general office maintenance tasks, including organizing and tidying up common areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and welcoming workspace.

· Document Handling: Assist in basic document-keeping tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork.
