Operation Executive

We are looking for an operation executive to join our tourism business and participate in our daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe execution of our tours and activities, such as desert safari package booking, bespoke program executing ,corporate event planning, booking and executing. You will also be responsible for supervising, coordinating and liaising with our suppliers and partners for all our products and activities.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, management, or a related field
• At least two years of experience as an operation executive or a similar position in the desert safari industry
• A valid UAE driver’s license and a clean driving record
• A good knowledge of the desert terrain, weather, and safety regulations
• A high level of proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
• A strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A customer-oriented, proactive, and creative mindset
• A flexible, resilient, and team-oriented work ethic
