Our client is a well established and growing company in the Window Tinting business. They do tinting for vehicles as well as for buildings. They are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

Project coordination from receiving inquiry from client till completion

Scheduling installation and allocation of staff to different sites

Handling client queries and ensuring invoicing for the project as per milestones

Requirements

You must have a minimum of two years experience of handling a similar role

Good communication skills

Have ability to ensure projects are delivered on time
