We are now on the lookout for an experienced Operations Coordinator to take responsibility for the ordering, receiving, billing and warehousing of all items in the warehouse
This role will entail the following main responsibilities:
- Invoicing Orders
- Dispatching drivers to arrange to pick up of items and scheduling deliveries
- In addition to this, you may be required to assist the Operations team with Adhoc requests in the warehouse.
What are we looking for?
- Prior work experience in logistics, purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain is required
- Previous experience in e-commerce, start-up or fast-paced environment is a huge plus!
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Structured, organized and fast-worker
- Quick with numbers
- Attention to detail and good communication
- Sense of responsibility and ownership - someone who enjoys taking initiative and can work independently
- High energy – someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fast learner with an interest in learning new skills
- Able to join immediately
