Job Description

Analytical Skills in Word, Excel, Paint & Photoshop.
Plan and execute supply boat trips.
Update SOF / Cargo Operation / Bunker / Slops / Diving / Lube timings / sailing reports / service supply log reports etc.
Knowledge about pre-arrival forms, vessel registration at Fujairah port and FOTT, Customs and immigration, crew change etc.
Coordinate crew movements / passenger’s embarkation & disembarkation at the Fujairah port.
Handing the vessel’s engaged for cargo operations at Fujairah.
Liaise with Ship Masters and Officers.
Liaise with local suppliers for their Ship attendance.
Ensure SSS (ship supply services) runs smoothly.
Organizing Admin / Operational requirements in order advice principal concern.
Liaise with Ship Owners / Brokers / Charterers.
Worked as a team member and helped others to meet shipment goals.
Reported all inventory and shipment issues to line Manager immediately.
