A leading manpower supply company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join immediately.
Responsibilities
Ø Organize and supervise staff in the site and camp.
Ø Coordinate with supervisor, welfare officer and camp boss for necessary activities.
Ø Communicate with site employees to carry out all assigned work.
Ø Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with daily operations.
Ø Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards.
Ø Maintaining records and preparing reports.
Requirements and skills
Ø Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
Ø Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
Ø Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.
Ø Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.
Ø Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
Ø High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ø Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Ø Strong ethics and reliability.
Ø Good knowledge of English and Hindi languages
Ø UAE driving license is a must
