Operations Manager for KSA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management qualifications, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of budget management. This role involves monitoring construction progress, managing on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with KSA codes, and utilizing technology to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Fluent in Arabic
• Proven experience as an operations Manager or Project Manager in the MEP sector.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of KSA building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, etc.).
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
