The company is a diversified worldwide conglomerate with businesses spanning Al development, RnD, software out staffing, bookkeeping, real estate, and other industries. We seek an ambitious, smart, and technologically advanced Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO in managing their day-to-day activities and facilitating efficient communication between the CEO and various stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events across different industries and time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for the CEO and other executives as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations for the CEO, ensuring they are well informed and prepared for all engagements.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO, employees, clients, and other external partners, managing communication and information flow.
- Conduct research and compile reports on various industries, market trends, and business opportunities for the CEO's review.
- Assist with the planning and execution of multi-industry
- events and conferences.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Knowledge and experience working in multiple industries, including Al development, software out staffing, bookkeeping, and real estate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with calendar management tools, project management software, and communication platforms.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
