We are looking for a Pet Relocation professional with 5+ years of experience in the industry to be our main contact to help customers with a stress-free relocation experience.

You will be responsible for -

*Initial enquiry, making sure you give clients the best possible options, following leads, to final destination clearance

*Quotes, invoicing and customer payments.

*Making sure the client has all appropriate paperwork, permits, health certificates, and travel documents.

*Professional communication with airport agencies and government officials.

*Safe transportation of pet/s to/from airport.

*Actively communicating with the customer throughout the entire process.

About you -

*Must have a passion for animal well-being, safety and customer satisfaction

*Exceptional customer service skills

*5+ years experience

*UAE Driving License

This is a full time role at Happy Buddies based in Al Quoz Industrial area 4.
