Refine Home is seeking a Procurement Executive to lead sourcing and supplier management across the home furnishing and interior fit-out supply chain in the UAE and GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage supplier networks in furniture, soft furnishing, materials, and installation sectors
* Handle project-specific procurement (turnkey/renovation/custom fit-out) from planning to delivery
* Conduct supplier evaluation, tendering, negotiation, and contract execution
* Support cost benchmarking and maintain pricing databases
* Collaborate with QS and operations teams to align sourcing with project needs
* Adapt procurement execution to local market dynamics (e.g. Jebel Ali port, Ramadan schedules)
Requirements:
* 3–6 years in procurement/sourcing (interior/construction/furniture industries preferred)
* Familiar with UAE/GCC suppliers and/or cross-border sourcing from China
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
* Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus
* Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
