We are looking for candidates who have experience in procuring Electrical products for trading companies. Candidates who dealt with Wiring Accessories(Switches/Sockets) will be preferable. Experience in Trading company is must for this position. The candidate will be responsible for the below activities.
Placing the Orders as per the requirement
Preparation of LPO.
Coordination with the suppliers for the timely deliveries.
Coordinating with the sales team for product liquidation as per the liquidation plan.
Thorough evaluation of stock aging.
Data input especially GRN (Both Local and Import), AP Invoice.
To assist team with arrangement of local Purchases (Especially Preparing PO & Follow up for invoicing).
To ensure documentation activities especially filing and submission of documents with accounts dept.
To raise the faulty, shortage claims to the supplier.
To ensure goods receiving of purchase orders when goods/services have been received.
