Full job description

We are seeking a smart and efficient Production Coordinator to join our dynamic advertising team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will:

• Coordinate with the client service team to schedule tasks efficiently and ensure proper execution.
• Oversee and ensure that all tasks are being executed properly by the workers.
• Schedule and monitor deliveries, coordinating with drivers to confirm completion.
• Possess strong knowledge of MS Word.
• Be proficient in Hindi.
• Have a good understanding of all locations in Dubai.
• A valid driving license is preferred.
