· A four-year degree is preferred, or at least course work in the field.
· Having at least 1-5 years prior experience in a contract administration role MEP Industry in UAE.
· Experience in contract administration, including drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts.
· Understanding of contract law principles, and relevant legal and regulatory issues.
· Familiarity with various contract types including FIDIC contracts.
· Review, analyses and interpret contracts, including terms & conditions, pricing, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
· Must be essentially proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Teams)
· Maintain accurate records of contracts, projects, and communications.
· Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
· Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
· Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
