Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator with experience in technical drawings, project estimations, and material knowledge. Strong client management and communication skills are essential. Interior fit-out industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review technical drawings.
- Develop accurate project cost estimations.
- Manage material selection and procurement.
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and fit-out processes.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Valid visa required (mandatory).
