We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager for our UAE operations.
Must be based out of Dubai
Minimum 6to 8 years’ experience handling Interior Fitout projects
Must have completed a minimum of 10 to 15 Fitout projects in UAE
Must have in-depth knowledge of Fitout, joinery, HVAC, MEP.
Knowladge in Inteiror Estimation
IT Literate with Fluency in English is a must
Ability to take responsibility and execute a project from start to handover
Must be able to prepare detailed weekly and monthly work schedules and project plans with a proven history of delivering projects on time.
Must have an eye for detail and be technically sound to pre-empt possible issues in execution and find solutions.
Must know authorities’ standards and requirements for project completion for Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Need to manage inhouse labours , subcontractors, and Supervisors
Valid UAE Driving License with Car

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
